London: The UK has been able to get rid of the lockdown since February.
According to British media reports, preparations have been made to vaccinate 1.5 crore people in the country to end lockdowns.
Vaccine Minister Nazim al-Zahawi said in a statement that the Oxford University vaccine was likely to be approved from tomorrow, and that vaccinations would begin on January 4.
Nazim al-Zahawi said that 1.5 crore people are at high risk, in a few weeks those at high risk will be vaccinated.
It should be noted that after the emergence of a new strain of coronavirus in the UK, strict restrictions on tier 4 have been imposed in London and southern England under which people are not allowed to leave their respective areas.
